Конференция
C 27 по 29 мая 2009 года в г.Октябрьский (Республика Башкортостан) прошла Международная научно-практическая конференция «Ядерно-геофизические полевые, скважинные и аналитические методы при решении задач поиска, разведки и разработки месторождений твердых полезных ископаемых». Конференция была организована Ядерно-Геофизическим Обществом, ФГУП ГНЦ РФ ВНИИгеосистем и ООО «НПП ВНИИГИС» под эгидой Федерального Агентства по недропользованию (Роснедра). Опубликован сборник докладов (254 стр.) + CD.

Участие в научной сессии
29 февраля 2009 года специалисты и члены Правления ЯГО приняли участие в работе научной сессии МИФИ-2009, ознакомились с установками Радиационно-ускорительного центра Государственного университета МИФИ и провели рабочее совещание с участием специалистов ЯГО и МИФИ по вопросам возможностей использования ускорительных установок РУЦ для целей анализа материалов и образцов пород.
